Q: Do you accept holiday vouchers?
A: Yes, we accept holiday tickets and holiday cards.

Q: Can I check in if I am not vaccinated?
A: You can only check in if you shows us either a Green Pass that you receive after vaccination, antigen test or PCR test that has been done by a clinic or certified laboratory or a QR code that shows you have been previously infected with the virus.

Q: What do I get within the price of your accomodation?
A: Spending your time at our hotel means you have breakfast included, parking lot and free access to the SPA (gym, jacuzzi, pool, sauna).

Q: What is the schedule for Silena Mountain SPA?
A: Silena Moutain SPA can be entered only with a reservation and it has time limit. In order to make a reservation, please consider the following options:

Q: When do I get my room and when do I need to check-out?
A: The check-in starts at 3PM and the check-out is at 12PM. If your room is ready before 3PM, we will deliver earlier.

Q: Do I need an extra bed? How much does it cost?
A: We can add an extra bed in any room and it costs 60RON/night. Kids less than 6 years old have free accommodation.

Q: Where can I eat?
A: You can experience with us the traditional, casual, international and fine dining cuisine. Try our restaurants such as La Roq, Crama Rina, Nargila, and have a fine or hot drink by The Green Room or Bulevart Cafe. See more: Dining.

Q: Where do I park my vehicle?
A: The access to the parking lot is ticket based. You can get one from the main gate and you will need to validate it afterwards. The parking lot is free if you make it on our website or reservations department and it costs 15RON/night if it is made on other websites.

Q: Do you have a kids room?
A: Yes and it is open from 11AM to 7PM.
